Hi Simon, depends on what you mean by "a bit" ;-) As it's only a Recommends, your package will still be installable together with another syslog-daemon. So it won't be critical to make an extra upload for this. If you plan a new upload anytime soon, I'd say do this change when it's most convenient to you.
