I can't help but laugh when I read that. Seriously. Andrew Mitchell was warned on several occasions by mails from the team of people that track inactive DDs, because there was a lot of RC bugs in his packages. I also pinged him personally on IRC on several occasions. He did a terrible job at maintaining his packages, and caused several DDs to lose a lot of time on those issues.
