HI and thanks for your contribution, Well yes, in the previous version of evolution-exchange in lenny, there was indeed an "Authenticate" button. But there is no such button in the current version of evolution-exchange in lenny.
Anyway, with the previous lenny version, there was only one field: Username. And when I clicked "Authenticate", I had a "segmentation fault" everytime. Actually with both of these problems, you do not need an Exchange server to test them :) Cheers, -- Pierre Bauduin Linux enthusiast since 1996 Linux registered user #64711 Debian GNU/Linux user 2008/2/4, Yves-Alexis Perez <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: > > On Mon, Feb 04, 2008 at 11:23:39AM +0000, Pierre Bauduin wrote: > > Package: evolution-exchange > > Version: 2.12.2.dfsg-1+b1 > > Severity: grave > > Architecture: i386 > > > > Hi there, > > > > The "exchange connector" for evolution in Debian "lenny" (testing) has > major > > issues. > > > > When I start evolution for the first time, some "Evolution Setup > Assistant" > > allows me to create an account. > > In the first screen, I click "Forward" > > In the second screen, I type in my full name and my e-mail address, and > I > > click "Forward" > > In the third screen, in "Server Type", I choose "Microsoft Exchange".
