Package: debbugs Followup-For: Bug #367813 #319830 and #173996 have had forwarded set to "Upstream name <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>". This is being displayed oddly on both the bug index page and the bug page itself. In the former, you see "Forwarded to Upstreaam, name, <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>". In the latter "<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>" is using literal '<' and '>' in the HTML (as opposted to '<' and '>') which causes the page to only display "Upstream name" instead of the full string.
