The problem may be related to the particular construction of the message.
metamail -w works sometimes. The message that caused the problem contains some
information which is private so I cannot forward the message. Below I will
give the mime structure. I omitted some "empty" html pages but left the
boundary. I suppose the message could be noncompliant but I don't know the
standards. (Note my received mail (exmh) always has -- before boundaries.)
