Sounds more to me like this is a bug in sqlite, not bmpx. At any rate,
Conflicts: isn't for this purpose. I'll add a Depends: sqlite3 (> 3.5.2)
to my next upload.

Yes, the BMP guys lost that domain so they now have backtrace.info.
