I've thought about adding these. I need to investigate if they're all just things that lvm stores to save time in scanning the drives, or if some of it is information that it actually makes sense to have a backup of. I wonder why the menudefs.hook isn't put in /var? A symlink in /etc would allow twm to find it there if nothing else. -- see shy jo
