The Esperanto dictionary cannot be included into FreeDict the way it is. It would have to be converted into TEI XML first. That might be possible with one XSLT stylesheet. But I cannot read the hoempage of the dictionary, due to it being in Esperanto. You may read http://freedict.org/howto/ch02.html for more info on TEI XML. However you can release it outside of FreeDict inside Debian of course. I cannot help you presently, since the FreeDict packages in Debian have to have their bugs fixed first, which I want to do when in back online.
