The bug is not in vim-addon-manager, but rather in vim-latexsuite whose
registry entry is not in sync with what is actually shipped by the
package:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ dpkg -l vim-latexsuite | tail -n 1
ii vim-latexsuite 20060325-4.1 view, edit and
compile LaTeX documents from within Vim
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ dpkg -L vim-latexsuite |grep brackets
/usr/share/vim/addons/ftplugin/latex-suite/brackets.vim
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ grep brackets
/usr/share/vim/registry/vim-latexsuite.yaml
- ftplugin/latex-suite/brackets.vim
- ftplugin/tex/brackets.vim
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$
