The bug #459051 of sgmltools-lite was fixed in the version 3.0.3.0.cvs.20010909-15. Although it still calls mv without explicitly specifying bash as a shell, it now searches for the targets of mv manually and calls mv for each of them, without depending on globing of a shell.
