The download moved :-(. New location is

which is the "French-Power-Futures 2005" link on the data page
http://www.eex.com/en/Download/Market%20Data
I get the same assertions from it on 1.8.0-1 as before.

Still no idea if it's the file or gnumeric to blame. Interestingly the
2008 file seems ok, so maybe it's just some old version of excel.
