I never tried to have a transparent systray before, not sure if I did this correctly: right click on gnome panel => Properties => Background => Solid color => Style Transparent After that change, my gnome panel looks like transparent already. The stardict launcher icon displays transparent on gnome-panel. but "all the icons" on the right side of gnome panel(systray?) are not transparent. I have also checked all the images in the package are made transparent already. Any idea? -Andrew
