as you declined before to communicate with me about this bug i set it to 'wontfix'. Maybe it had been helpful when you filed the bug with a note stating that this is a 'release goal' of Debian with a pointer to the list of release-goals. As Ubuntu doesn't care about Debian (besides taking our work without appropriate attribution) i don't care which loops and hoops they have to jump to make my packages work for them and that is the reason for my 'wontfix'.
