Great! I'd still like to know whether your original configuration (/dev/psaux, protocol "auto") works with repeat_type=none. It should work. And that will confirm my analysis of the bug. > I guess this closes the bug ? Almost. (: The upgrade should have preserved your empty repeat_type - I should have remembered earlier that this changes the behavior of gpm in an incompatible way.
