I just notice that pcmanfm doesn't check desktop file in the ~/.local/share/applications. When I try to associate a file with a personal desktop file (located in ~/.local/share/applications as usual), I don't find my application in the list. The application list contain just the applications which the desktop file are located in /usr/share/applications. Please add ~/.local/share/applications in the path too.
