Package: hotkey-setup Version: 0.1-19 Severity: normal Hi Maintainer,
Since I upgraded to 0.1-19, I have a few issues that were not present in 0.1-17ubuntu20. 1/ The mute key does not work anymore. Using xev, I noticed that no events were raised while pressing the key. Volume up and down work as expected. 2/ The "ThinkVantage" key generates an ACPI event and acpid says: acpid: executing action "/etc/acpi/thinkpad-thinkpad.sh" This script calls acpi_fakekey with a key event 148. However, this event is not catched by Gnome anymore. I tried some key events manually. Some are catched (e.g. 93) by gnome-keybinding-properties, some not (e.g. 148, 149). This issue is maybe not related to hotkey-setup. But it seems that it occurs since I upgraded hotkey-setup. Sorry if this is not the case. Thanks. -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (990, 'unstable'), (600, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.24-rc7 (SMP w/2 CPU cores; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages hotkey-setup depends on: ii console-tools [console-uti 1:0.2.3dbs-65 Linux console and font utilities ii dmidecode 2.9-1 Dump Desktop Management Interface ii laptop-detect 0.13.4 attempt to detect a laptop hotkey-setup recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
