Package: talksoup.app Version: 1.0alpha-32-g55b4d4e-1 Severity: normal
When I open the Preferences dialog and make changes to the first pane, where the nick, real name, et cetera are specified, if I click to select another pane and then click back to the first pane, all the fields have reverted back to their defaults (i.e., the nick is set back to "TalkSoup"). However, if I make changes to the first pane and then close the window using the window manager's "close" button, reopening the Preferences dialog does show whatever changes were made. Even so, clicking on another pane, and then clicking back to the first again reverts to default values. This occurs whether selecting from the application's menu or using the Alt-Shift-P keyboard shortcut. -- System Information: Debian Release: sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: powerpc (ppc) Kernel: Linux 2.6.23-1-powerpc Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages talksoup.app depends on: ii gnustep-back0.12 0.12.0-1 The GNUstep GUI Backend ii gnustep-base-runtime 1.14.1-2 GNUstep Base library ii gnustep-gpbs 0.12.0-1 The GNUstep PasteBoard Server ii gnustep-gui-runtime 0.12.0-2 GNUstep GUI Library - runtime file ii libc6 2.7-5 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libgcc1 1:4.3-20080104-1 GCC support library ii libgnustep-base1.14 1.14.1-2 GNUstep Base library ii libgnustep-gui0.12 0.12.0-2 GNUstep GUI Library ii libnetclasses0 1.06.dfsg-3 Objective-C framework for socket p ii libobjc2 4.3-20080104-1 Runtime library for GNU Objective- talksoup.app recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
