With LANG=en_US.UTF-8, muttprint fails to run with the following
message (displayed in an ascii-graphical dialog):

If I change my environemnt to LANG=en_US before running mutt,
muttprint works.

I don't know when this started to be a problem because I don't print
email messages very often.
