If you run dpkg-query -W -f='${Conffiles}\n' |grep /etc/init.d|grep obsolete you will get a list of files in /etc/init.d/ which used to belong to a package, but is no longer part of that package. Conffiles stick around after they are removed from a package, unless the package in question remove the conffile in its postinst script when the file is removed from the package. > I'll delete it and see what happens. Should be safe, if you got the debian scripts around. Happy hacking, -- Petter Reinholdtsen -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
