a new python-mysqldb version with python2.2 support is uploaded to
unstable, but as python2.2-mysqldb is considered as 'new' in unstable,
it is hold in the NEW queue.

to close this rc bug but still keep python2.2-mysqldb in sarge, i'dd
suggest to push the new 1.2.1c2-1 python-mysqldb into sarge.
