Hi,
I have managed to take some time off my other daily duties to make some
crucial and long out-standing updates to the TeXcount word counting script,
added licence information and some other niceties, and uploaded it to CTAN.
When I find it appearing at CTAN, I will send you all a notice.
I have not yet updated the version of the script on my web page

nor for my web service

as I am out of the office and the web version needs some manual updating and
checking whenever I put up a new version. I will do this when I get home to
Norway: around the change of the month. Until then, the CTAN version will be
the a newer version.
