Hi,
the FFTW library package was renamed and thus you need to recompile
cimg-dev.
I see that this package is team maintained and even if I'm not yet
a member of this team I would volunteer to fix this bug (together
with the other two long standing bugs) if you explicitely ask me to
do so.
