I am experiencing this same bug on a 3 screen system.
I think this bug is caused by a conflict between the addition of
xinerama support (#411003) and the addition of NETWM fullscreen suppor
(#362618). These two issues were addressed in the same upload.
If I download the feh sources ("apt-get source feh") and go into
feh-1.3.4.dfsg.1/debian/patches and remove the following patches (and
remove references to them from the "series" file) then full screen on
a multi screen xinerama setup works as expected (image stretched
across all three monitors when using the "--xinerama" switch, and only
full screen on one monitor when not using that flag):
02_changeset_r52_netwm_full_screen.patch -p1
02_changeset_r54_x_window_resize.patch -p1
I don't have time to figure out WHY these patches are breaking
xinerama fullscreen support but one or both of them are definitely the
culprit!
