The first one is located in the graphviz-doc package, the second one
isn't shipped any more at the moment.

If you look at the TODO.Debian file, you'll see that it contains an
entry about: “Sort out what's needed/wanted in the contrib directory and
in examples.”

Some programs there are compiled but not shipped (they don't really
belong to the graphviz distribution), but some others might be of some
interest. If you want to find this contrib files, they are in the
contrib/ directory of the source package, just run apt-get source and
you're done.

Since I had lots of important stuff to do in the meanwhile (preparing
the SONAME bump, the new upstream releases, and associated library
transitions), it stayed a low priority item, but I didn't forget about
it. Speaking of which, an upload of 2.16-3 in unstable is pending.

I'll see whether I'll include (some of) the sources contained under
contrib/ or totally skip it, and adjust the documentation in the README
file accordingly once I've got an opinion on this.

Sure, thanks for reminding.
