So neither is /usr/local/lib/sfbank in the default soundfont search path nor does asfxload seem to support any way to change the search path unlike documented.
I haven't had access to a SB AWE32 for a long time, so I haven't been able to test this myself... This report was for 0.5.0b. Was this fixed in 0.5.1a? (It supposedly fixed some option handling, at least...)
