Bug#434278: [Pkg-kde-extras] HBCI support for KMyMoney

I'm preparing kmymoney 0.8.8 upload. We don't use --enable-kbanking
configure option.
Now, we can add a suggests or recommends to the kmm plugin and need someone
(Micha or us) packaging it for Debian.
