In case you're wondering why I didn't inherit menu_move_off from /etc/Muttrc, I think it's because when I started using mutt years ago, /etc/Muttrc included some settings that could not be undone, so I wrote a wrapper that calls mutt -n, but my memory of this is hazy now.
