Recently (I assume since Xorg 7.3) the caps lock led turns on/off when hit. Now, that's not a problem on average joe's case, but if you are using caps lock as compose key then you find out that you have a constant blinking on your keyboard when typing something. The old behaviour was to keep caps lock led off all the time no matter how many times I pressed it.
