Bug#456626: [new] diff2patches: simple script to extract patches from .diff.gz files out of the debian/ scope

As requested by Mohammed Adnène Trojette via IRC, I'm attaching a man page I 
wrote for my script plus and update/improved version of my script which 
support the --version and --help options.
