I am sorry but I don't agree with this. For me, close button is for closing, and minimize button is for minimizing.
Making the default behaviour for a button change is confusing to say the least. I get easily annoyed by apps that doesn't close when I hit the "Close" button. I ahte to go to File->Quit, and what's even better, aMule has no other way to quit than the close button.
