After discovering that insserv refuses to install scripts providing
the same service as a nother script (see bugs #458346 and #458486),
I've concluded that it is not a good idea to let lvm10 and lvm2
provide the same service, and thus I believe it is better to let
init.d/lvm2 provide lvm2, and update all scripts that depend on lvm to
also depend on lvm2 (or better, let lvm2 reverse depend on the scripts
it should start before and stop after).
