Thanks for noticing,

dictionaries-common 0.90.0 already uses emacs22 ispell.el but patched for
various purposes, like better integration into Debian or better Debian
specific debugging code.

The problem here seems to be that aspell-cs info file does not provide
casechars/notcasechars strings, and so only [a-zA-Z] are considered when
creating ispell-dictionary-alist (Please check, I have now access only to an
etch box, where that indeed happens). For emacs21 and emacs22 you can work
around this by selecting 'cs' instead of czech, but this will not work for
xemacs21.

If as I think, this is the problem, attached info file (mostly based on
ispell one) should do the work. additionalchars section should be filled
for jed benefit.

Reassigning to aspell-cs and retitling.
