It is probably /etc/logrotate.d/mailman. Or maybe this lack of traceablity shoule be reassigned to cron. And you perhaps shouldn't be making any output in the first place here. P.S., file:///usr/share/doc/mailman/html/admins.html says its manual is by Oda, only upon clicking we see its by Warsaw.
