Um. I can't find the string in any man page! I am very confused. I can't find it by googling either. I have no idea where I read this, but I have a very clear memory of it. The CGI man page does not even look like the bit I remember reading! I even tried reading older versions of the man page on other machines but they're all pretty similar.
All I can say is sorry for the noise...the only explanation I can think of is screen corruption when reading the man page.
