Hi Karsten, long time ago you submitted this Debian bug #410437. In the mean time we have libchipcard3 3.x in the archive, which in turn is already obsoleted by libchipcard 4.x.
Apparently you are using libchipcard3's kvkd service for the GnuMed project, so I assume the bug has been fixed with the upload of libchipcard3. Thus -- if you have no objections -- I will close this bug as fixed in libchipcard3 3.0.4-1 (the version currently available in the archive) within the next few days.
