libapache-mod-mp3 fails to extract the id3 tag information from a single mp3 in my entire collection. As a result streaming clients that don't extract the id3 information from the stream itself only show the full filename (Winamp, Zinf), or nothing at all (iTunes). I have a fix that I've attached.
