hi Cesare,
libz.so is on package zlib1g-dev;
libz.so.1 is on package zlib1g.
So you are completely right. As I have both on my system this never
happens with me; but it is a important thing for our users.
I am not sure if this occurs only on debian based systems or if can be
changed directly on hardinfo.

What do you think leandro ? Is this specific to debian or not ?
