Sorry about that too. The exact problem was that nothing happened when going to System->Logout->Switch User (maybe not that exact words, I use Spanish version). It started happening after an upgrade; I tried logging out and in again but nothing different. Tried with another user and again nothing. Today, for no apparent reason, it is all working again...
