Statistics and Queue Manager windows always stay above main Amarok window in 
1.4.4 and up. I don't understand what's the problem. Are you using KDE3?

This might be a filemanager passing filenames in randon order as well. What 
filemanager do you have in mind? konqueror?

I don't understand what you have in mind. It seems like you're not talking 
about KDE.
