Hello Andrew, http://debian.mirror.ac.za/debian/project/trace/ reports strange trace files, all outdated except your own trace file.
Could you please look at your rsync logs and check all is ok ? Such outdated files maybe caused by a sync that cannot be finished, because of network issues for example. By the way, is ftp.es.debian.org still your upstream server ?
