I think we really do need common tftpd configuration line. The only bigger question that I see, is how we handle /tftproot in root filesystem. This is legacy thing, and only way to deal with it, that I can see with my limited senses, is to make it a symlink, if it's not there already. Symlink to somewhere more manageable than root filesystem.
