*dough* I didn't know that someone other packages software depending on libchipcard3. :-o I bugged the gnumed-client maintainer to switch over to libchipcard 4.x (reported as bug #457485).

Those can be ignored, as AqBanking FTBFS (bug #456849) and needs an update anyways, due to the same reason, libchipcard3 should be removed: the transition of libgwenhywfar.
The new AqBanking, currently available in experimental doesn't depend or build depend on libchipcard any more.
