An additional 190 packages got proper time stamps when I tried this patch on my system, see attachment.
Since I have 1200 packages installed in total, this patch is an improvement of about 20% in the number of discovered packages. Also, this would improve measurements on systems where atime isn't being updated for different reasons. Cheers //Johan
