Bug#451327: Confirming 451327

I can confirm this bug. My particular instance of this problem is wanting to run Iceweasel 2.0.0.11 and Firefox 3.0b2 at the same time. If Iceweasel is running, trying to run Firefox will simply open a new browser window in Iceweasel. This is obviously not desired. Firefox/Iceweasel should not second-guess the user.
