OK.  From the bug text, it looked like the request was to change "just a
link" to "a link + popcon installations".  I noticed that the number of
installations is displayed (though the percentage isn't) right above the
"More" link, and one can click More to get the rest of the information.

Now I understand what you mean:  You would like to see the rest of the
information also (Vote, Old, Recent) and their percentages in a concise
fashion, not just the number of installation.  The title of the bug
didn't convey this and I interpreted the followup comments differently.

I've often seen the fixed tag used to indicate that a bug is fixed till
the maintainer or the submitter does a -done on it. :)
