Package: usplash
Version: 0.5.8-1
Severity: normal

I am booting from a LUKS-encrypted partition, so cryptsetup prompts
for a pass phrase. With usplash, the backspace key does not work at
this prompt. Instead of deleting characters, it shows another star.

When booting with "nosplash", the backspace key works correctly.
