Package: mrxvt
Version: 0.5.3-1
Severity: normal

When opening vim in the console on the first press of any of the arrow
keys vim executes some commands (not sure which) before doing anything.

For example pressing the down arrow deletes a row and starts insert
mode, the right arrow deletes a few characters and starts insert mode.

Tried disabling all user setting but to no avail
