Package: wine
Version: 0.9.49-1
Followup-For: Bug #380536

Hi !

I hit the same bug. strace showed that winecfg was trying to connect
to my CUPS server which is offline now:

[pid 20451] connect(16, {sa_family=AF_INET, sin_port=htons(631),
sin_addr=inet_addr("192.168.116.1")}, 16 <unfinished ...>

Removing "ServerName" line in /etc/cups/client.conf solved this issue
for me.
