<pref name='command' type='string' value='sensible-browser' />
The type of this preference is wrong --- it should read:
<pref name='command' type='path' value='sensible-browser' />
The incorrect type means that users cannot change the path to the custom
browser. (Sadly, this incorrect type is now in users'
~/.purple/prefs.xml... I don't know how best to deal with that.)
