Package: wmbattery
Version: 2.32
Severity: wishlist

Kernel 2.6.24 introduces a sysfs interface for batteries, and data
that was previously accessable in /proc/acpi is now accessible through
separate files in /sys/class/power_supply. As there is now a kernel
configuration option to turn off the /proc/acpi interface when the
same information is available through /sys/class/power_supply,
wmbattery should be updated to use /sys/class/power_supply if it's
available.
